Court updates:
Monday 5th we have a warrior going to Ringwood Mag court at 9am. She has been harassed mercilessly for some time and made an example of, possibly because she is reconveyed. Friday2nd August was her court date but the hearing didn't go ahead. They may do the same on Monday but we are going in anyway. She would appreciate support as she is a single mum.
The court hearing in Ringwood went ahead after some other cases were heard. The last defendant was an excavator operator/truck driver who had consistently been charged by police by using false evidence. He stood up to the judge so the case was adjourned and he waited in the court for his papers. Two of our warriors went to the bar and managed to continue reading the defence documents. These documents have been guided by Brian Shaw who is preparing charges against multiple judges in the High court. Half way through the document the trucky took the opportunity to blast the judge being empowered by the direction that the defence was headed in. Security was called so he calmed down and defendants continued with their accusations to the end of the document. There were some legal arguments between them and the judge and prosecution. Our ladies, being emboldened, arrested the magistrate and the prosecution. This resulted in two security escorting us out of the court. We all filled out affidavits under oath with a court witness and filed them at the court registry and were watched till we had left the building.
There were two of us supporting which meant there were witnesses to the events. It's essential to have supporters/witnesses when there is a police agenda.
