Assembly Structure

What are the Four Pillars?

How do we do it?

There are 4 pillars (or Parts) to each Assembly

–General

–Jural

–International Business

–Militia

•You MUST be Reconveyed - 2-pager plus fee schedule to be part of the Assembly, or even to vote in the Assembly.

•Everyone is encouraged to play a part in helping to run their country, state or community.

•An Assembly is called into Session. There are three ways to do this.

General Assembly

The General Assembly discusses issues and opportunities for the area under discussion (local, state, or National)

•Can delegate issues upwards if need be.

•Overarches the other three pillars.

Jural Assembly

Keeps the Peace, enforces the law, keeps records.

•Elected offices include: Justice, Justice of the Peace, Public Notary, Court Clerk, Bondsmen, Coroner, Marshal-at-Arms and Sheriff.

•Volunteer offices include: Recording Secretary, Jurors (15 minimum) and Deputies

State Executive Assembly

Known as International at Nation Level

•Handles the Business elements of the State (or Local area) ie: Handles sales of State Resources to other states

•Conducts Elections

•Issues Public Notices

•Interfaces with Federal Assembly

Militia

Focus is on community safety and preparedness

•Responsible for training volunteers in a wide range of skills and disciplines

•Protection of people, property and public property (natural disasters)

•Working with Government agencies involved in the same processes (CFA, SES etc – these volunteers work for the Corporation of Australia)

Standing Up An Assembly

What do we need to do?

To Stand Up an Assembly, we need People!

•To serve as part of the Assembly, people need to be Fully Reconveyed.  This means that they must have completed:

–Correction of Status (either 2 pager or full package)

–Fee Schedule

–Witness Testimony x 2

–Have a RPP Recording Number

–Have a Proclamation Date

–Have public notices published

Where to From Here?

What now?

What do we do first?

As we are so new, our focus is on building numbers!  Let your friends and family know who we are, and what we are doing.   Study the Terra Australis States Assembly website, or annavonreitz.com.  Have a look at the Global Family Trust Website.  Watch Shelley’s training videos.

We are lawfully taking back our birthright from the Corporation known as “Australia”, declaring our status as Living Men and Women standing on the Land of Terra Australis.

As the 1901 Constitution was created by Australian ‘citizens’ (ie: slaves), who were part of the Australian Corporation (yep, even that far back); it does not apply to us.  We stand under Natural Law, or the Magna Carta.

We need to come together in teams so that we can:

•  Educate

•  Advertise / Market

•  Collaborate

•  Administrate

•  Assist others on the journey

Some Ideas...

Admin Team

•Education Team

•Marketing Team

•Events Team

•Graphic Design Team

•Research & History Team

•Mission and Statement

•State Seal

•Marketing

•Guest Speakers

•Get togethers

•Training Sessions

Think of these groups as preliminary working groups to get us organised and big enough to stand up our Assembly.  These are not the Assembly, but they will help us get there faster!
